Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I understand that schedules can change! If you need to reschedule your training or consulting session, I kindly ask that you provide at least 12 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 12 or more hours before your session will have the full amount paid applied toward your newly scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your scheduled session, as well as no-shows, will result in a forfeit of the full session fee. A new session must be purchased to book another appointment. I understand that unexpected situations can arise. Extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.
